MGI JETVARNISH 3D One
The JETVARNISH 3D One is the most cost-effective point of entry into MGI’s complete series of sheet-fed, digital embellishment presses. The compact footprint allows printers, finishers, and converters to have an in-house full production and prototyping print embellishment system without the need for screens, dies or plates. The all-purpose, patented varnish formula allows both flat 2D Spot UV highlighting and sculptured 3D raised special effects on a wide range of substrate stocks and media including paper, synthetics and plastics.

- High capacity paper feed - Able to handle a paper pile up to 2,250 sheets at 135 gsm. Supports paper formats from letter up to 36.4 x 75cm
- Software suite included - allows you to follow your jobs, manage your job queue job tickets, recall reprints and adjust your AIS Scanner in one simple and self-explaining tool.
- AIS Smart Scanner - The patented AIS System uses artificial intelligence to create an automatic varnish registration for inkjet heads over the preprinted sheet. It's fully compatible with variable data (VDP) jobs.
- Spot UV print engine - Exclusive inkjet engine technology with on-Demand (DoD) piezoelectric print heads provides single pass printing. Depending on the file and substrate used, the coating thickness can vary from a coating of 21 microns (μm) up to 116μm for 3D raised texture effects and a tactile feel.
- Paper output tray - Exit tray able to handle approximately 1,250 sheets at 135 gsm
- Variable varnish thickness - between 21 and 116μm for 2D and 3D-tactile effects in one single pass
- Eco-friendly in-line led dryer for an ozone-free environment
